These terms concern takeaway orders placed with Mr. Zhang. Orders through external platforms are governed by those platforms’ terms.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Mr. Zhang reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: takeaway orders placed through the order link on this website are paid at the restaurant on collection. Accepted payment methods: espèces et carte bancaire.
4. Collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (6 avenue Hubert Germain, 75116 Paris) at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not deliver itself; delivery is available by ordering through Uber Eats or Deliveroo, under those platforms’ terms. 5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
